Position Expectations:
- Trim excess plastic from parting lines
- Inspect product and communicate findings back to the supervisor
- Assembly product in accordance with the specific work instruction
- Select correct hand tools for the job task with setup documents or supervisor/lead assistance
- Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations
- Account for time and work completed via written documents
- Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance
- Report and document basic material, production and quality control issues
- Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Able to maintain a reliable and consistent attendance record, required
- Able to multi-task and rotate to other positions and/or departments, as needed, required
- Push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally, required
- Must be able to twist, turn, extend, pivot, duck, crawl, climb, crouch, bend, stoop, carry, and walk briskly, required
- Must be a team player and work well in a team environment, required
- Must be able to maintain continual improvement, required
- Work in a hot environment and stand for up to 8-10 hours a day, required
- Mandatory OT as needed to meet production schedules and goals, required
- High attention to detail, required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, required

- Previous experience with overhead crane use is desired

Pay:
- The open position stated above starts at $18.50 an hour
