Trainer Swing Shift (3PM - 11PM)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board requirements and PT Services (Delaware) LLC regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Design and develop training programs based on the needs of the organization and its employees.
• Train new employees by providing practical skills and motivation encompassing proper game procedures, appropriate communication, proper dealing posture, body language, and related company standards.
• Develop training evaluations for new employees and successfully motivate them to acquire knowledge.
• Evaluate new employees' performance until they proceed to independent work and provide feedback regarding their performance.
• Implement and monitor individual and practical training for dealers and shufflers to reduce errors and improve overall job performance.
• Provide professional training to shift managers and maintain a high level of professional knowledge.
• Develop, improve, and maintain training materials to ensure the quality of training follows company standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve their objectives and improve performance.
• Inform the Operations Manager of any significant or special circumstances that require attention.
• Cooperate with the Operations Manager and administrative staff regarding employee training.
• Observe and review new employees' training progress.
• Retrain employees as needed to meet company performance standards.
• Organize and create new employees' photos and nicknames.
• Prepare and distribute diplomas to employees who successfully complete training.
• Assist employees with training-related questions.
• Prepare necessary reports and presentations at management's request.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least one year of training-related experience.
• At least one year of gaming-related experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and Excel.
• Knowledge of employee training and content-instruction methodologies.
• Ability to diversify teaching methods, formats, and technology.
• Strong cooperation skills and the ability to manage potential conflicts in challenging situations.
• Ability to maintain professional and clear communication with employees.
• Ability to teach and explain company policies and procedures.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and supervise teamwork.
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, and phones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on different assignments simultaneously.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration, as required.
• Must be able to work an off shift as assigned and maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays, overtime, and weekends.
• Excellent knowledge of all games offered by the company and the ability to apply and explain the strategies and rules used in those games.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary exempt proposed range of $55,000-$58,500 per year.
