Director of Information Security

The Director of Information Security reports directly to the VP of Information Security and provides strategic leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Drive the CISO’s strategy in strategic company projects
• Communicate top-down strategic plans and KPIs to relevant stakeholder and teams
• Translate security concepts into business language for mid-level management
• Provide risk reporting for mid-level management
• Advise on security implications of new business initiatives

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as liaison between security function and other business units
• Coordinate activities across the different information security teams
• Align security initiatives with business objectives

Security Program Governance

• Drive security innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as the focal point for the security department’s efforts in the organization’s AI transformation
• Act as BISO (Business Information Security Officer) for newly joined business units and sub-companies

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strategic thinking with business alignment capabilities
• Mobile gaming security experience preferred

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
• Collaborates with but does not oversee: Product Security, Security Engineering and Compliance, and Security Operations managers
• Non Managerial Role
