ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a (Senior) Software Engineer - Backend - Growth (m/f/d). As part of the Engineering department, you will join one of our cross-functional teams of frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and designers.

The Growth team is dedicated to developing and maintaining solutions that streamline customer onboarding, ensure robust Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) compliance, and manage credit risk effectively throughout the entire customer journey, from onboarding to relationship termination.

This is high-impact, high-scale engineering at the core of a fast-growing fintech, where precision, resilience, and smart execution directly shape how money moves for thousands of organizations. If you're excited about building robust financial infrastructure that operates at scale and under real-world constraints, this is where you'll make it matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conception, definition, and further development of our banking platform

• Ensuring a scalable, maintainable, and secure microservice architecture

• Implementation of integration and E2E tests

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Expertise in building testable, maintainable, and extendable architecture

• Obsession with the best engineering practices

• Knowledge of distributed architecture patterns and antipatterns

• 5+ years of relevant experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Proficiency with REST APIs

• Proficiency with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)

• Great automation testing skills

• Experience with AWS and Docker

• Basic knowledge of web development and React
