We're seeking a rare combination of UI craft, strong engineering fundamentals, hands-on execution, and the drive to own surfaces end to end.

Complex Interfaces: Building visual builders with deeply nested state, drag-and-drop, and real-time previews that stay fast and predictable.
Cross-Platform Fidelity: Shipping UI that renders pixel-accurately both natively and in webviews inside mobile apps, where HTML/CSS precision matters.

Own and scale our dashboard and its visual builders, campaign tools, and analytics views, with the state management and performance to keep them fast.

Dashboard & Product UI
Visual Builders: Build and own complex builder interfaces with deeply nested state, drag-and-drop, and real-time previews.
Campaign & Analytics Tools: Ship the campaign tooling and analytics views that product and growth teams use every day.
State & Performance: Manage large, deeply nested client state with a constant eye on performance and responsiveness.
Quality & Cross-Platform
Cross-Platform Fidelity: Ensure output renders pixel-accurately both natively and in mobile webviews, where HTML/CSS precision matters.
Craft & Detail: Hold a high bar for UI quality, accessibility, and interaction detail.
Full-Stack Depth: Go deeper into Node.js and GraphQL when the feature calls for it.
Professional Experience
2 to 4 years of frontend engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production web apps.
Deep experience with React and TypeScript, ideally on complex, stateful interfaces.
Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals and an eye for cross-browser and cross-platform fidelity.
Technical Proficiency
Core Stack: Proficiency with React, Redux, TypeScript, and Next.js.
APIs: Comfort working with GraphQL, and Node.js when you go deeper into the backend.
UI Engineering: Experience with complex state management, drag-and-drop, or builder-style interfaces is a strong plus.
Product Sense
User Empathy: Builds for product and growth teams, sweating the workflows they live in every day.
Quality Standards: Values craft and detail, and can explain and defend UI tradeoffs.
Technical Execution
Self-Sufficiency: Ships complete features end to end, from UI to the API layer.
