About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager / Comfort Advisor to join our team. This is an outside sales role where you’ll meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, recommend replacement systems, and guide them through their purchase decisions. You’ll also oversee projects from the sales stage through installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth handoffs between teams.
This role is ideal for someone with in-home sales experience who enjoys consultative selling, building trust with customers, and seeing projects through to completion.
