KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Reviews batch card, checking raw material status prior to commencing with the preweigh
process.
- Prepares all necessary paperwork: in process labels, weight sheets for assigned batch to be
- Ensures accuracy of weighed of raw materials and in accordance with batch card requirements
- Responsible for recording inventory movement locations of raw materials.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing department equipment and components.
- Responsible for housekeeping of production lines and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
- Verifies the accuracy of weight scales.
- Adheres to established safety rules and GMP requirements.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- 1 -2 years’ experience working with equipment in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic weights, measurements and math skills.
- Computer literate.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Pay rate $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
