JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for operating and maintaining all line equipment as assigned/trained. The Operator works to safely attain high quality and efficiency goals, with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibility:

• Ensure assigned production line equipment is set up accurately each day.
• Assist with periodic maintenance on all assigned equipment.
• Complete a continual visual inspection of the product, including but not limited to, labels, components, and cleanliness.
• Ensure all production is processed according to the work instructions.
• Assist in troubleshooting any operational inefficiencies or downtime.
• Maintain all documentation as required to communicate with team and management.
• Perform assisted changeovers on assigned equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocols and SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent (preferred)
• One year experience in similar position

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $21.00/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
