Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor and production-related tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Follow work assignments and instructions provided by the Plant Manager, Supervisor, or designated team lead.
- Learn and safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Assist skilled employees with production activities and material movement.
- Perform specialized tasks and duties that may require on-the-job training.
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Inspect work for accuracy and report quality concerns to management.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and practice safe work habits at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to support production goals.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving production issues as they arise.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and safety information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or move materials as required.
- Frequent use of hands and arms to perform production tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to safely perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
