Moose Landing Marina is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented New/Used Boat Prep Technician/Sales Rigger to join our growing team in the Sebago Lakes Region. This position is responsible for the installation, setup, diagnostics, testing, and repair of marine engines, propulsion systems, electrical systems, and onboard equipment for new and pre-owned boats. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced marine environment.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring every customer receives a safe, fully prepared, and high-quality boating experience. This position regularly works around moving mechanical equipment, marine vessels, loud environments, and changing outdoor weather conditions. Employees may occasionally be exposed to wet or humid conditions, vibration, electrical systems, and on-water diagnostics.
