Business Manager

We’re looking for a commercially minded, self-sufficient and people-focused Business Manager to support the growth, performance and operations of our four practices across Dublin.

About the role

As Business Manager, you’ll work across our four Dublin practices, partnering closely with Practice Managers, clinicians and central support teams to strengthen operational performance, commercial delivery and leadership capability.

You'll work across each practice, strengthening local leadership and driving performance, while remaining flexible to support the evolving needs of the business.

This is a role for someone who can operate with autonomy and accountability. You’ll be trusted to look at the bigger picture, understand what is driving performance and turn insight into meaningful action.

You’ll also play an important role in developing our Practice leadership teams and emerging talent, helping to build strong leadership capability across the practices.

What you'll be doing

• Commercial Performance: Drive financial performance, revenue growth and utilisation across the practices, using data and insight to identify opportunities, manage costs and deliver improvement plans. Support the planning and delivery of local marketing initiatives, community engagement and growth activities to drive patient demand and commercial performance.
• Leadership & Development: Support recruitment, onboarding and development of key practice roles. Coach, support and challenge Practice Managers, helping to build capability, develop talent and create a high-performing, values-led culture.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent operational standards across the practices, identify risks and opportunities, support change initiatives and work with clinical and central teams to deliver business priorities.
• Patient & Clinician Experience: Champion excellent patient experience while supporting strong relationships with self-employed clinicians, optimising appointment availability and supporting effective treatment coordination.
• Compliance & Performance: Maintain high standards of compliance and governance, monitor key KPIs and provide clear reporting, insight and recommendations to the wider Operations team. Support the Country Lead and Practice Managers to address underperformance, capability gaps and behavioural issues.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with genuine people leadership. You’ll be confident working autonomously, comfortable with data and performance metrics, and able to build strong relationships at all levels.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing or influencing P&L performance.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally within a consumer, healthcare or service-led environment.
• Experience coaching, developing and challenging managers.
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret performance information and turn insight into action.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• A resilient and adaptable approach, with the confidence to operate in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple practices.
• A natural ability to build trust, motivate others and bring people with you.
• The ambition and capability to progress within Operations and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
