We are looking for a **Chief of Staff** to work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and help scale the business.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving complex problems, and wants to build a category-defining company. ### What You’ll Do * You will wear multiple hats and work directly with the founders on business and operation-related execution. * Implement AI-driven initiatives across business functions to ensure we can operate as lean a team as possible.
We want to deploy AI agents and utilize as many AI tools as possible to scale the business and operation. * Lead mission-critical initiatives that don’t neatly fit into a single function—from evaluating new markets to launching new products. --- ### What We’re Looking For * Interested in high-growth startups. * Passionate about AI-enabled business. * Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Comfortable with ambiguity and can move quickly while staying detail-oriented * Passionate about clean energy, climate tech, and building a mission-driven company * Bonus: experience in BESS, renewables, grid tech, or infrastructure
