Overview:

</strong><br>We are seeking a motivated Associate - Growth Marketing Operations to be a key player in implementing and optimizing our growth strategies. You’ll work closely with the growth team, executing communication campaigns across multiple channels and ensuring seamless operations with channel partners.</div><div align="center" style="text-align:center;"><hr align="center"></div><div><strong>Day-to-Day

Responsibilities:

</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li><strong>Campaign Execution:</strong><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="circle"><li>Plan and execute communication campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, Push Notifications, In-App Messages).</li><li>Collaborate with design and project teams for timely execution.</li><li>Create messaging content and coordinate with the creative team.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Monitoring & Optimization:</strong><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="circle"><li>Analyze the impact of campaigns and iteratively improve them.</li><li>Conduct daily monitoring to optimize effectiveness.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Customer Communication:</strong><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="circle"><li>Engage with target users to ensure project success.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Operations Management:</strong><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="circle"><li>Act as the point of contact for channel partners to address operational challenges.</li><li>Oversee consumption for invoicing and maintain partner communications.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="circle"><li>Work closely with design, partnerships, retention, data, and vendor teams.</li></ul></li></ul><div align="center" style="text-align:center;"><hr align="center"></div><div><strong>Must-Have

Experience:
