This role focuses on gathering consumer intelligence, conducting user research, and driving sales through effective telecalling. If you have a flair for communication, enjoy customer interactions, and are motivated by results, this is a great opportunity to be part of India’s fastest-growing cashback and rewards platform.&nbsp; Key&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Outbound Calling:&nbsp;Reach out to customers to gather insights, feedback, and conduct research.&nbsp;</li><li>Sales &amp; Lead Conversion:&nbsp;Initiate conversations, build rapport, and convert leads into active users.&nbsp;</li><li>Customer Engagement:&nbsp;Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and promote relevant CashKaro &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; products.&nbsp;</li><li>Product &amp; Offer Promotion:&nbsp;Educate customers about upcoming offers, features, and benefits.&nbsp;</li><li>Data Management: Capture and document customer details, behaviors, payment methods, and responses.&nbsp;</li><li>Query Resolution:&nbsp;Address customer concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.&nbsp;</li><li>Relationship Building:&nbsp;Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and long-term engagement.&nbsp; </li></ul></div><div>Must-Have Skills &amp; Qualifications&nbsp;Typing Speed &amp; Tech Skills&nbsp;<ul><li>Ability to type 30+ Words Per Minute (WPM) with accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer applications.&nbsp;</li></ul><div>Communication &amp; Language Proficiency&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><div>Customer Handling &amp; Negotiation&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales over the phone.&nbsp;</li><li>Professional approach to handling customer complaints and rejections.</li></ul><div>&nbsp;Adaptability &amp; Resilience&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple conversations efficiently.&nbsp; </li></ul>Why Join Us:&nbsp;1.
