Responsibilities:

</strong></h3><ul><li>Understand product requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.</li><li>Execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure product quality.</li><li>Perform functional, UI, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.</li><li>Report and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to improve testing processes.</li><li>Identify areas for automation and work with automation engineers to enhance test coverage.</li><li>Ensure that software releases meet the highest quality standards before deployment.</li></ul><h3><strong>Key Skills &

Experience:

</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>3-4 years</strong> of experience in <strong>manual testing</strong> (web and mobile applications).</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle</strong>.</li><li>Experience in <strong>writing test cases, executing test plans, and identifying defects</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>API testing tools like Postman</strong> (added advantage).</li><li>Experience working with <strong>JIRA or other bug tracking tools</strong>.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred
