This is an exciting moment to join our company and be a part of something truly extraordinary.</div></span></div><p style="background:white;"><br></p><p style="background:white;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Activation of the onboarded customers consistently</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required, to the management</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Participate in the sale meeting whenever required</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel.</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Collaborate with team members to achieve better results</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams</li></ul><p style="background:white;"><strong>Requirements and skills</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Minimum 2 years required in D2C Sales</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Fast learner and passion for sales</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Self-motivated with a results-driven approach</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">High school degree</li><li style="color:#333E49;background:white;">2 wheeler mandatory</li></ul>
