Service Technician

Position Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance when required, as well as diagnose and resolve any issues as needed
- Ensure that all work adheres to contract scope and specifications, job site safety and security, and Power Design’s values, policies, and procedures
- Provide superior customer service to develop and grow customer relationships
- Provide weekly status updates on warranty calls, small projects, service work, service tickets, labor requirements, and material requirements
- Work as an electrician on a designated jobsite when not answering service calls or performing maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Skilled electrician with at least five years of electrical service experience required, and ten years of related experience preferred
- Active Journeyman or Masters electrical license required
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, (Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
- Ability to travel as required
