We follow agile and scrum approaches for product development and uses best-of-class tools and practices.</p><p>Measuring our progress on a weekly basis and iterating fast enables us to build breakthrough modules and features rapidly.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Job Description</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">Responsibilities:</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><ul><li>Improve app architecture to make the product more modular, scalable</li><li>Setup best practices and metrics for app performance</li><li>Maintaining quality and ensure the responsiveness of applications</li><li>Developing new user-facing features using React.js</li><li>Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use</li><li>Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code</li><li>Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers</li><li>Familiar with cross-browser compatibility issues</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirement:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript & React.js</li><li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation</li><li>Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux</li><li>Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles</li><li>Experience working with server-client architectures, consuming JSON data from API’s</li><li>Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript</li><li>Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token</li><li>Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.</li><li>Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools</li><li>A knack for benchmarking and optimization</li></ul>
