As part of our kitchen Team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining operational standards. Depending on your level as Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, and Chef apprentice, you will take ownership of your section, support team development, and contribute to a smooth and efficient service or learning in a fast-paced kitchen environment while getting supported by your leaaders
Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes within your section
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met
• Maintain organisation and cleanliness in your work area
• Support team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist with stock control and minimising waste
• Follow operational procedures and brand standards
• Contribute to maintaining consistency during both high and low volume service
Essential Requirements
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (level dependent)
• Mandatory experience in banqueting or catering environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong team player with a hands-on mentality
• Structured, organised, and quality-focused approach
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
Preferred Requirements
• Experience in hotel, banqueting, or large-scale operations
• Ability to guide or support junior team members
• Knowledge of kitchen procedures, stock control, and food safety
• Additional language skills are an advantage
• Passion for developing within an international hospitality environment
Chef apprentice Requirements
• A genuine interest in food and a strong ambition to build a career as a professional chef.
• Registered, or able to register, with a recognised culinary school in a BBL (Beroepsbegeleidende Leerweg) apprenticeship programme.
• Willingness to combine working shifts with school requirements as part of the BBL programme, including weekends and holidays.
• A motivated, hands on attitude and the ability to follow instructions in a professional kitchen environment.

These roles are paid according to Horeca CAO:
• Chef de Partie – Scale: Schaal V – Starting from €2.505,04
• Demi Chef de Partie – Scale: Schaal IV – Starting from €2462,64
• Chef Apprentice– Scale: Schaal BBL Starting from €847.79
Salary is based on a full-time contract and will depend on experience and qualifications.
