Run residential HVAC service calls professionally and efficiently
Diagnose issues and clearly explain options to homeowners
Present repair and replacement options—not just quote
Complete all job documentation in ServiceTitan
Collect payment at time of service
Maintain a clean, stocked, organized vehicle
Communicate effectively with dispatch and the team
Every call includes clear options presented to the customer
Every job is documented properly and closed out
Every job is paid at time of service
Professional communication with customers and team
Accountability for performance and results
HVAC service experience preferred
Strong communicator—you can simplify technical issues
Self-motivated and take ownership of your results
Comfortable presenting options and guiding customer decisions
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Technicians who avoid customer interaction
Individuals looking for low expectations or minimal structure

5–10 years as an HVAC Service Technician.
Proven ability to solve problems and generate revenue through client-focused solutions.
EPA Type II certification preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and service schematics.
Comfortable with tablets/smartphones for dispatch and reporting.
Valid driver’s license, clean record.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willing to travel as needed.
Bonus: ServiceTitan experience, OSHA training, NATE certification.
