Parts Outside Sales Responsibilities:

• Sell truck parts to customers in a specific territory by; establishing contact; developing relationships; and dealership services, while adhering to company strategy and policy.
• Develop customer base
• Build new cliental
• Prepare annual budgets for sales quotas and increasing market penetration
• Deal with customer issues
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle in a professional and legal manner.
• Assist with in house and operational duties when necessary.

Parts Outside Sales Requirements:

• Able to wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment.
• Able to take direction from multiple employees and prioritize work
• Good communication skills, including the ability to listen to customers and determine how to assist them
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
