**About Prescience** In a world with AGI, there are only three important problems: healthcare, entertainment, and compute. We sit at the intersection of all three things this moment requires: the technical depth to build frontier AI, the clinical fluency to understand how healthcare actually works and to enter the room, and the ambition to own and direct $6T of healthcare spending to ensure Americans don't die. **The Role** We are looking for high agency, high slope individuals.
