Service Department Valet

Job Summary: As our Part time / Full-Time Service Department Valet, you will be responsible for providing professional and courteous services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, offering assistance upon their arrival.
• Represent the dealership and the brands we service as the first impression of our service department.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles to their home and/or place of business.
• Assist with the set up of software required for pickup and delivery services.
• Coordinate loaner vehicles for customers who need them.
• Ensure completion of paperwork/contracts for customers needing loaners.
• Follow company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines, at all times.
