Marketing Content Writing Intern

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a Marketing Content Writing Intern to join our team!

What you’ll be doing?

Content Creation & Writing

Draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces aligned to Smart Data Solutions' brand voice.
Write LinkedIn posts, social tile copy, and short-form campaign content for Smart Data Solutions' growing audience of US healthcare payers and TPAs.
Support the creation of sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews, and playbooks.
Draft event-related content including invitations, recap emails, on-site signage, and post-event social copy
Assist with customer marketing content, adoption emails, newsletters, case studies
Comfort using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as a writing assistant
Perform other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for?

Required skills:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and basic content tools.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.

Location: This role is located in our Dallas, TX office. This is an in-office (5 days a week) position.
