    Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

    Saint Joseph Medical Center | Joliet, Illinois

    Prime Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a thriving orthopedic program at Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, Illinois, one of the largest and most established communities in the southwest Chicago market.

    This is an exceptional opportunity to build a robust spine practice with strong referral support, access to advanced surgical technology, and the backing of a financially stable, physician-focused health system.

    Responsibilities

    Position Highlights

    • Join a growing orthopedic surgery program with an established referral network
    • Focus on the surgical and non-surgical treatment of spinal conditions
    • Opportunity to develop a comprehensive spine practice serving Joliet and the surrounding communities

    Qualifications

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
    • Fellowship training in Spine Surgery required
    • Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical licensure
    • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
    • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

    Pay Transparency

    Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $650,000 - $700,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
