The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company personnel, documents, and goods while ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and adherence to traffic laws. The role requires a high level of discipline, reliability, and professionalism. Candidates with a military background are preferred due to their strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and integrity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely transport employees, executives, and guests to designated locations
- Plan routes and ensure timely arrival
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes)
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicle
- Report any mechanical issues immediately
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and necessary permits
- Ensure passengers’ safety at all times
- Keep accurate trip logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance records
- Assist with basic errands or office support when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid professional driver’s license (Professional 1, 2,3)
- At least 5-10years of driving experience (corporate or private)
- Ex-military personnel are highly preferred
- Familiar with local routes and traffic regulations
