WHAT YOU WILL BUILD
You will be part of the team responsible for developing a scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital platform from the ground up.
Your work may include:
- Translating business requirements into system features and solutions
- Designing the overall application architecture
- Developing front-end and back-end components
- Designing databases and data structures
- Developing APIs and system integrations
- Creating dashboards and user interfaces

- Deploying and maintaining the application

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Develop back-end services, APIs, and business logic.
- Design and manage databases and data models.
- Integrate third-party platforms and internal systems.
2. System Architecture
- Participate in designing the system architecture and technical framework.
- Recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and development approaches.
- Establish scalable development practices from the beginning.
- Consider security, performance, scalability, and maintainability in system design.
3. Build From Scratch
- Translate concepts and business requirements into working software.
- Develop core features from initial prototype through production.
- Establish coding standards, documentation, and development processes.
- Take ownership of the system's technical development and continuous improvement.
4. Scalability & Nationwide Application
- Develop the system with scalability and future expansion in mind.
- Design solutions that can accommodate increasing users, data, and transactions.
- Identify technical requirements for potential deployment across different locations and business environments.
- Continuously improve the system based on user feedback and operational requirements.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Understand operational challenges and translate them into technology solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in planning, testing, implementation, and system reviews.
