Care Coordinator

• The Care Coordinator builds relationships; closely working with clients and nursing staff to build strong working bonds.
• Consistently provides excellent customer service to our patients and families
• Understands the staffing needs of each client; schedules and staffs nurses to clients based on client's needs and preferences.
• Recruits nurses using different job boards and recruitment tools
• Manages patient and employee schedules
• Develops a close working relationship with the clinical team
• Ensures that our staff are utilized as best as possible in meeting our company's staffing utilization goals
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct sales and customer service calls
• Highly effective communication skills in person, over the phone or via email
• Computer literate with the ability to learn a variety of software tools
• Proactive attitude that is solution oriented
• Ability to remain calm and perform in a fast- paced work environment
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required
• Fluency in English required, bilingual preferred
