User Acquisition Analyst

What you'll be doing...

• Launching, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns for mobile apps
• Manipulating data to analyze campaign performance and generate reports
• Creating ad images from design assets and writing ad copy
• Strategizing with Primer product managers to invent and test new campaign initiatives
• Dynamically changing in-app new user experiences to increase conversion rates

• 2-3 years of ad account management experience, preferably at a mobile-focused company
• Familiarity with social advertising, specifically Facebook
• Ability to learn from data and communicate what the data is saying in plain English
• Understanding of conversion rates and their importance in direct response advertising
• Desire to take on a project and own it end-to-end
• Ability to make decisions quickly and ask for help when stuck
• Comfortable in a start-up setting - lots of hard work but also lots of play!

Nice-to-have Experience

• Strong Excel skills. If you can already wiz around a pivot table, that’s awesome
• Experience in direct response advertising beyond Facebook - Twitter, Adwords, Youtube, etc. If you've done any of these on mobile, that’s even better
• Ability to go into BEAST MODE and get tons of stuff done
