Morning Line/Prep Cook

The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a scratch kitchen, enjoys working in a busy environment, is capable of taking direction, and multi-tasking efficiently. AM Line Cook / Prep Cook Job Description We are seeking a reliable and motivated AM Cook to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to preparing high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Position AM Cook / Morning Line Cook Schedule Morning shifts Weekends and holidays may be required Full-time Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast and/or lunch menu items according to recipes and standards Complete daily prep work including chopping, portioning, stocking, and labeling Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met Assist with inventory and restocking supplies Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Open kitchen and prepare stations for service Qualifications Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and time management Dependable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs Food handler certification preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee meals or discounts (optional) Pay $16 to $20 per hour (depending on experience)
