    We are seeking a dynamic Teen Activities Coordinator to support the Youth Activities Manager in delivering a guest-centric youth and family experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating engaging, memorable activities for teens and families, while ensuring a culture of service excellence, safety, and health. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inspiring youth, fostering teamwork, and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
    Key Responsibilities include:
    • Consistently exceed Youth and Family Experience targets by promoting a personalized, guest-centric culture.
    • Foster a culture that drives guest satisfaction, service excellence, and employee engagement.
    • Inspire the Youth Staff team, ensuring accountability for delivering outstanding programming.
    • Utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to enhance the guest experience.
    • Partner with the Youth Activities Manager to ensure the effective delivery and execution of youth programs.
    • Oversee all aspects of the Teen Program, ensuring consistent quality and an engaging environment for teens and families.
    • Identify and communicate guest feedback, complaints, and requests, ensuring a timely response to any issues.
    • Support operational efficiencies and share best practices with the team.
    • Uphold company and public health standards for all youth programming.
    • Maintain a visible presence in the youth centers, supporting staff and participants and ensuring a safe environment.
    • Manage and monitor inventory of program supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use and timely procurement needs.
    • Degree or diploma in Education, Recreation, Child Development, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
    • CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to embarkation).
    • Child safeguarding training or certification is a strong asset.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in youth programming, education, or recreational leadership, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Youth Staff programs.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
    • Familiarity with MedallionClass or similar guest engagement platforms is an advantage.
    • Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing international teams.
    • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
    • Passionate about working with teens and families, creating meaningful and memorable experiences.
    • Exceptional people skills with a warm, friendly, and caring personality.
    • Strong guest service orientation, with the ability to consistently exceed guest expectations.
    • Ability to handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
    • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment.
