At RushOrderTees, we help customers bring their ideas to life on apparel they'll actually love wearing. We're looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team and help create high-quality embroidered products for customers across the country.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with machinery, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in producing great work.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines
- Load garments, thread machines, and prepare jobs for production
- Monitor embroidery runs to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products and identify any issues before orders move forward
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Keep work areas organized and production moving efficiently
- Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable learning and operating production equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Previous embroidery experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
Bonus Points
- Experience with commercial embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, SWF, etc.)
- Apparel decoration or print production experience
- Basic troubleshooting or mechanical aptitude
