Shipping Associate – Patches

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and shipping customer patch orders accurately and on time.

This is an office-based shipping position that requires regular computer use, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot order and shipping issues as they arise.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, package, and ship patch orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use a computer and our internal systems to review orders, verify shipping information, and process shipments.
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
• Verify that the correct products and quantities are included in each shipment.
• Identify and resolve order, address, shipping, or system issues before packages are sent.
• Keep orders organized and maintain an efficient shipping workspace.
• Communicate with other departments when additional information or assistance is needed.
• Help ensure orders meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using a computer and learning new software and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to figure out issues independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Organized and able to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Dependable and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous shipping, fulfillment, or order-processing experience is helpful, but not required.
