    Priory Althea Park House Salary - £26,300 FTE Part-Time - 15 hours per week Althea Park has an opportunity for an administrator to join our team. This role is offered on a part-time basis, working 15 hours per week. The actual salary for this role is £10,520 per year.  The working hours are 09.00 to 17.00 Monday and Tuesday every week. Althea Park, Stroud, Gloucestershire is a residential eating disorder service for young people, offering 10 beds in a therapeutic environment alongside a 3-bedded step-down semi-independent service (The Anchor).

    It is accessible by public transport, with a bus stop outside the service and Stroud railway station approximately half a mile away, with national rail links and easy access to the M4 and M5. We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our 10-bedded residential home. You’ll provide essential day-to-day administrative support, helping the service run smoothly and supporting both our staff and residents. This is a varied role where you’ll work across a range of administrative tasks, including HR and recruitment support, payroll, petty cash, eLearning and meeting administration.

    You will also: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the residential home and wider team. Support HR and recruitment activities, including maintaining records and assisting with onboarding. Manage petty cash and support with payroll administration. Provide support with eLearning, helping colleagues complete and maintain their required training. Attend meetings and produce accurate and timely meeting minutes. You can find additional information in the attached job description.  Essential for the role The successful candidate will require a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to learn to use a number of supporting IT systems.
