Wigginton Cottage is seeking an administrator to join our team.
Hours of work: Monday and Tuesday, 8:00am–3:00pm (2 x 7-hour days), and Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm (1 x 6-hour day), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day.
Wigginton Cottage, Tamworth, Staffordshire is a residential service supporting 8 adults with a range of needs. It is located in a village setting and is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes and nearby rail links into Tamworth. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here. Previous administrative experience preferred, including proficiency in OPTIMA, SOLDO, ATS Systems, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office. Experience with finance inputting systems, staffing systems, filing, purchasing and budget management is desirable.
