Priory Hospital Arnold, Calverton, Nottinghamshire is an inpatient acute and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) for males and females with a range of mental health conditions. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus services nearby and Arnold/Nottingham railway stations providing wider regional links to major cities In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
Able to effectively and accurately update clinical records and computerised information systems as directed by the Occupational Therapist in a timely manner. Record and report patient’s involvement in 1:1 and groups. Ensuring any unusual physical, mental or emotional occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff and documented in an appropriate manner. Having compassion for the patients and their situation.

Essential for the role – OT Assistant Candidates must have GCSEs or O-Levels (grades A–C), a relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
