    Job description

Senior Marketing Executive Hybrid - Home / Cheadle Up to £35,000 DOE We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join Priory as a Senior Marketing Executive. In this hybrid role, you'll work from home and Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal, with occasional travel to sites across the UK. Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll help deliver impactful campaigns across our healthcare and adult care services.

You'll partner with business development, and work alongside specialists in digital marketing, SEO, content and communications, to manage end-to-end, insight-led campaigns that build awareness, increase engagement and support business growth. You'll independently plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across national, regional and local markets, driving awareness, enquiries and referrals for Priory's services.

Creating compelling content across email, web, case studies, video and events, you'll ensure every campaign is audience-focused, carefully targeted, and delivers measurable results. Using data management and cleansing skills, along with analysis of campaign insights, you'll continuously improve performance and ROI, while working closely with internal stakeholders, Business Development Managers and external agencies to ensure marketing activity is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.

You'll also contribute to wider marketing projects, helping shape new initiatives and support the continued evolution of our marketing function. You'll have proven marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare/social care sector, with a strong understanding of email campaign planning, delivery and optimisation, particularly within B2B email marketing. A confident and engaging copywriter, you'll create high-quality content tailored to different audiences and channels.

You'll have strong data management skills, with experience of targeting, segmenting and analysing data to deliver effective, insight-led campaigns. You'll also have a good understanding of maintaining and cleansing CRM systems, nurturing leads with automated email journeys, and ensuring data accuracy and quality, to maximise campaign performance. You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as you'll work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the business. Experience of Pardot, Salesforce and marketing automation would be advantageous, along with good knowledge of using software such as Premiere Pro and Canva. We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role. You will be well supported with regular career conversations. We also offer full training and numerous pathways into leadership and qualified clinical positions to help you shape your career with us.  25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + additional day’s leave for your Birthday!  Annual leave entitlement increases based on length of service: 27 days after 5 years’ service and 30 days after 10 years’ service Length of service recognition awards – every 5 years Employee Assistance Programme   Initial Disclosure Check Cost covered, if applicable to role ‘My Possible Self’ App and health-related benefits  Online discounts and cashback rewards – Priory Perks Smart Technology scheme (qualifying period) Cycle to work scheme (qualifying period) Smart Holidays (qualifying period) Gym Flex (qualifying period) Healthcare Cash Plan – Simply Health Scheme Eye Care Vouchers ‘Cash for Colleagues’ – Employee referral scheme  Access to development opportunities Sponsorship of professional qualifications through our Individual Professional Development (IPD) panel Leadership & management development Parental Leave Gift  Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the full job description attached prior to making an application.
