    Our private dental office is searching for an Office Manager to join our dedicated team of dental professionals!     Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience

    Schedule

    • Full-time
    • Monday through Friday

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leadership & Team Management
      • Lead, coach, and develop front office and clinical support staff
      • Foster a positive and collaborative office culture
      • Conduct team meetings and communicate practice goals and expectations
      • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
      • Manage employee performance and accountability
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff concerns and operational issues
    • Practice Operations
      • Oversee daily office operations and workflow efficiency
      • Ensure schedules are optimized to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
      • Monitor patient flow and address operational bottlenecks
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and dental industry regulations
      • Maintain office systems, equipment coordination, and vendor relationships
    • Financial Performance
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and office goals
      • Support revenue growth initiatives and patient retention efforts
      • Review production, collections, and scheduling metrics
      • Help manage office expenses and payroll-related processes
      • Ensure accurate financial and administrative reporting
    • Patient Experience
      • Promote exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey
      • Resolve patient concerns in a professional and timely manner
      • Build strong relationships with patients and families
      • Ensure front office processes support a positive patient experience
    • Human Resources & Compliance
      • Assist with employee relations issues
      • Support timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and staffing needs
      • Ensure completion of required training and compliance activities
      • Maintain confidentiality of employee and patient information

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of dental leadership/management experience
    • Strong understanding of insurance workflows
    • Knowledge of Eaglesoft, or equivalent dental software, is preferred
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
