We are looking for a friendly, organized and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our growing practice in Phoenix, AZ! The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can create an exceptional patient experience while ensuring smooth daily office operations. We take pride in delivering excellent patient care from the moment you step into our office, and we’re looking for someone equally committed to that level of excellence.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday/Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM
• Tuesday/Wednesday: 9 AM - 6 PM
• Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience is required; management or leadership experience is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Strong understanding of dental insurance verification, accounts receivable, sending claims, and billing
• Proficient in Dentrix
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proper phone etiquette
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
