What You’ll Do

Bag groceries quickly and carefully to ensure customer satisfaction Assist customers with carry-outs and loading purchases when needed Retrieve shopping carts and maintain organized cart areas Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and front-end areas Stock and restock front-end supplies and grocery bags Support cashiers and front-end operations during busy periods Provide friendly customer service and assist with customer questions Follow company safety procedures and store policies Support sales promotions and customer service initiatives Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to help customers and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused work ethic Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures Previous grocery, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays) Work Environment Fast-paced grocery store environment Exposure to varying temperatures near entrances and outdoor areas Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout shifts Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly This is not an official description but represents major responsibilities a new hire can expect to perform.
