The role of the Medical Equipment Technician is to be the face of Proactive Health as patients join our service. They are often the first to meet the patient in person, the first to educate them on our service, and the one to set up the biometric devices that our patients will use in perpetuity. We are looking for a part-time tech to join our install team in Phoenix area on an as-needed basis. 

What You'll Do:

• Travel to and from patient's homes 
• Effectively educate the patient on Proactive Health's services
• Set up our biometric devices in their home to monitor their vitals
• Perform a full patient intake including:
  • Medical conditions
  • Medical history
  • Current medications
• Document clearly and effectively
• Tech Support visits: troubleshoot devices when needed. 
• Device Pick-up: pick up device after patient ends service 

What You'll Need:

• Over 18 years old 
• Driver's License & personal vehicle with clean driving record and pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• You're tech-savvy and love learning new technology. 
• Preferred but not required: experience working in customer service or sales, with senior citizens, and in healthcare
