- Assists with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to production performance or process optimization.
- Support engineers in planning, designing, and testing manufacturing process or product modifications.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production or quality issues.
- Prepare and update standard operating procedures, technical documents, and engineer drawings.
- Conduct studies and assist with line balance, workflow layout, or equipment evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
- Contribute to sustainability and waste reduction projects as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and findings.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Present findings or recommendations to supervisors and other project stakeholders.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook a plus
- Time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
- Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
