Essential Duties:
- Use clamp truck to move rolls of paper
- Load paper roll into machine
- Operator an overhead crane when needed to lift rolls
- Complete daily production log
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- MUST understand how to read a measuring tool to set up cutting blades in the proper combination of sizes
- Previous manufacturing machine operator experience REQUIRED and clamp truck experience a plus
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and/or holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 2-8 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds periodically
- Must be able to tolerate hot, humid work conditions
- Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and wear PPE
The hours are 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Overtime will require later ending times of 12:00 AM or 1:00 AM. This position is a temporary to hire position.
