    Job description

                                                                 Office Manager

    We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive office manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. While we operate in a healthcare environment this is primary in office operations role and healthcare experience is not required.

    This position is responsible for keeping the office organized, functional, and running smoothly by coordinating vendors, managing office resources, supporting staff and addressing operational needs as they arise.

    This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping an organization organized functional and running smoothly.

    Your role

    Oversee daily office operations and address issues as they arise.

    Coordinate vendors, service providers, repairs, mechanics and office services.

    Manages office supplies, equipment, furniture and other resources.

    Coordinate deliveries, service appointments, installations, and workplace projects.

    Support leadership and staff with day-to-day operational needs.

    Maintain a clean, safe, organized and professional work environment.

    Develop and maintain office procedures and documentation.

    Follow up on issues and projects through completion.

     Planning an organization

    Prioritize multiple requests and changing needs throughout the day.

    Coordinate service needs.

    keep track of ongoing issues vendors and follow-up items.

    Identify problems determine who needs to address them and coordinate solutions throughout completion.

    Establish and maintain processes that help the office operate efficiently.

    Personal dependable and approachable.

    Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

    Comfortable communicating with vendors and service providers.

    Able to remain calm and flexible when priorities change.

    Proficient with standard office technology and software.

    Qualifications

    2 years’ experience in office management office administrator operations facility coordinator or similar role (Required)

    Experience coordinating vendors services or workplace projects is a plus.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. (Required)

    Healthcare experience is not required.

    Physical demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Regularly sitting, standing, or working at the computer, telephone, or other office machines. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Good fine motor dexterity and cognitive ability for effective typing. Command of the senses (vision, hearing, and speech) to a level appropriate for the workplace.
