Qualifications:
Sr. Project Manager: 10+ years of project management experience required Must have experience with large-scale industrial and commercial architectural projects Proven experience managing project budgets and schedules Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, louver, and panel systems Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential Must be proficient in enforcing and managing construction site safety regulations Field Manager: 3+ years of site management experience required Experience with roofing, siding, louver, and panel construction required Strong ability to manage on-site labor and materials Must be capable of managing safety at the site Basic knowledge of architectural systems required Common
Requirements:
Must be willing to travel as required by projects Certifications preferred (e.g., Architectural, PMP) Proficiency in MS Office is required; ERP experience preferred Bilingual in English and Korean is mandatory
