Job Description

• Title of the Position: Sales Internship - MTY
• Location: Monterrey Sales Office, Monterrey City
• Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours ( 6.5 hours or 8 hours per day)
• Profile: Studies related to Sales or Business disciplines
• Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $15,500 MXN to $19,500 MXN and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
• Duration: 12-18 months

• Qualifications:

• Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028
• Advanced English (will be evaluated)
• Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and problem-solving mentality
• Real passion for building new solutions

• About the role:
As a Sales Intern, you will gain invaluable experience working in our Sales department on projects such as Key Account Management, Shopper-Based Design, Category Management, and Business Analysis. This internship offers exposure to real business challenges and opportunities to develop strategic thinking and negotiation skills.

• Some of your tasks will be:

• Design and execute reports to track key customer fundamentals
• Develop strategies to win in your category with clients, collaborating with trade marketing and internal functions
• Manage end-to-end special projects such as eCommerce and contests including strategy development, fund planning, performance verification, and reporting
• Interact and negotiate with multifunctional areas of the client, including Directors
• Support Commercial & Sales Planning initiatives with data analysis and business insights

Job Qualifications

• Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data reporting and analysis tools
• Basic knowledge of sales and category management concepts

• Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn
