Bilingual Fulfillment Supervisor - Night Shift

Location: 4255 Patriot Dr, Ste 300, Grapevine, TX 76051

Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM | Full-time | Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed

About the Role

Productiv is looking for a motivated Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will help drive accuracy, productivity, safety, and teamwork while supporting a smooth end-to-end order process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, solving problems in real time, and keeping operations running efficiently. You will play an important role in supporting team performance and helping create a positive, high-energy work environment.

• Supervise 20–40 associates in picking, packing, and material handling.
• Manage nightly fulfillment operations and ensure order accuracy.
• Train and coach employees to meet performance, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Monitor orders through the process flow of embroidery, gift wrapping, or customization, ensuring each step is completed accurately and on time.
• Track inventory using WMS, Excel, and RF scanners.
• Drive performance to meet productivity, quality, and safety KPIs.
• Promote safety, food-safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Support audits and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain strong communication and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED.
• Experience overseeing order workflows that include embroidery, gift wrapping, or product customization is a plus.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, Excel, and RF scanners.
• Proven leadership in high-volume or fast-paced settings.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methods.
• Experience training employees and developing team skills.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand/walk for extended periods.
• Follow PPE, hygiene, and safety procedures.
