What We’re Looking For
- Education & Certification: Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field (BCBA).
- Experience & Skills:
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and client progress monitoring.
- Proficiency in Central Reach or similar data systems.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in therapy sessions.
- Pre-Employment Requirement: All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination, including a tuberculosis (TB) screening.
