Pizza Maker

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Stretch, shape, top, and bake pizzas accurately and consistently.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of all pizzas.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and follow proper food storage procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and inventory when required.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper use of ingredients.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pizza Maker/Pizza Chef preferred.
• Knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, stretching, topping and baking.
• Familiarity with commercial pizza ovens.
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, reliability and attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
