Salon Supervisor (Female)

Essential Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide leadership of the day to day operations of the reception desk and guest service team
• Properly open and close salon each day according to the Standard Operating Procedures
• Accurately & efficiently book, change and cancel salon appointments
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the salon facilities
• Complete knowledge of salon  menu, packages, facility features and hours of operation
• Utilize salon computers with skill and proficiency
• Maintain salon desk bank & assure closing paperwork is correct and efficient
• Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation
• Actively promote the salon treatments, services and retail, as well as promotions and/or discounts available
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
• Maintain clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized work area including all guest areas.
• Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the salon
• Assist in all areas of salon operation as requested by management
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention
